Tumbleweed's Margarita Madness Winner Receives Trip To Mexico and Tumbleweed For a Year

April 24, 2009 – LOUISVILLE, KY – Tumbleweed Southwest’s Grill has announced the winner of their Margarita Madness contest. Jennifer Farrell of PeeWee Valley won the online portion of the contest, winning a trip for two to Mexico and free Tumbleweed for a year.

Jennifer completed an online bracket to submit her choice for the winning Tumbleweed margarita, which was ultimately the TW Original Margarita on-the-rocks. She will appear at Tumbleweed’s Waterfront location Monday, April 27th at 5:00 PM, where the Management team will present her with her winnings.

Jennifer, a single mom and schoolteacher at IUS, shared that she has “never won anything like this in my life”, and headed to the Charlestown Crossing Tumbleweed to celebrate upon learning the good news.

Tumbleweed is based in Louisville, Kentucky. The chain opened its first restaurant in New Albany, Indiana in 1975 and currently has 37 restaurants operating domestically and 13 internationally. Beth texted Tumbleweed her choice for the winning margarita, which was ultimately the TW Original Margarita on-the-rocks. She will appear at Tumbleweed’s Wooster location Monday, April 27th at 5:00 PM, where the Management team will present her with her prize.

Beth is a Tumbleweed regular, who visits almost every Monday with her friends for Margarita Mondays.
