1. Schedule an event with your local Tumbleweed

Tax-exempt organizations are allowed one event every 30 days at all Tumbleweed Locations. 

2. Promote your events using customized flyer and social media graphics.

*Note flyers can not be distributed at or near the location

3. Up to 20% of the net sales will be donated back to your organization.

Percentage of net sales will vary based on location.

We take great pride in giving back to the communities we call home and would love to help you raise money for your school or non-profit organization.  We host fundraisers Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays during the week.  Fundraising events are easy to arrange and best of all up to 20% of sales generated by your supporters will be donated back to you!

20% of all food and beverage sales generated from your event will be donated to your organization excluding tax, gratuity, gift card or retail sales. 

Your supporters can participate in your fundraiser by doing any of the following: 

  1. Presenting your paper flyer to their server.
  2. Showing a digital copy of your flyer to their server on their device.
  3. Showing their server a social media announcement promoting your fundraiser or
  4. Ordering online at tumbleweedresturants.com on othe designated date and entering the promo code for the fundraiser at checkout.

Your organization receives credit for dine-in, take-out or online at tumbleweedresturants.com.  Flyers can not be distributed insides or in the direct vicinity of our resturants inclluding the parking lot before or during the event. 

Dates vary based on restaurant, so please check with your hometown Tumbleweed weekly from Monday-Wednesday with a minimum of 3 weeks notice required to schedule your event. This window gives us time to help you spread the word.  

Ready to book another event? Fundraising events can happen once every four months. 

A flyer is made available for your fundraising event.  Once your fundraising event has been approved our team will provide a flyer with complete details of your event for your fundraising community. Electronic formats are also available for your website and social media. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing excluding delivery time.
